This is a TV watching, entertaining guests, and dining area. Luigi enters his office every day through this space. The balcony door faces south east. The dining table is tall, stone or wood top where we can stand around with friends, cocktails, take Zoom calls, use as a boardroom table with colorful centerpiece. In the living room we host movie nights, soccer/ football watch parties, or parties. Drinks and small plates rest around the living room. In the summer, the balcony door will be open.
