INGREDIENTS: 16 oz Pasta of your choice 12 oz Marinated Artichoke Hearts 16 oz Frozen Organic Spinach 6 oz Boursin Dairy-Free Cheese Spread 1 Package (6) Babybel Cheese’s Green Goddess Seasoning, to taste DIRECTIONS: While the pasta is cooking…add the marinated artichokes and frozen spinach to a large skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add in the Boursin cheese spread and all 6 of the Babybel cheese rounds and mix well. It should be fully melted in about 3-4 minutes. Season with Green Goddess Seasoning to taste. Mia Syn, MS, RDN on Instagram: "Here’s a 3-ingredient meal you can make from Trader Joe’s part 58 🥩🥔🌱grass-fed steak and mashed potatoes You’ll need: 1 package of grass fed beef sirloin roast 1 package of asparagus, ends trimmed 1/2 package of frozen mashed potatoes What to do: 1️⃣Preheat the oven to 375 F. 2️⃣Place the asparagus on a baking sheet, drizzle with oil and season with salt and pepper. Bake for 10 minutes, 3️⃣Place the sirloin roast on a baking sheet and bake uncovered for 18-20 minutes. 4️⃣Meanwhile cook the mashed potatoes. Place the contents of half the bag in a small saucepan and heat on low, stirring constraint for 3-4 minutes or until heated through. This makes 3-4 servings.
