Easy Fit Dinner 🍽️(via: @foodies.stay.fit) You will need: 1 lb ground beef 93/7 Seasoned with: Salt & pepper to taste A pinch of chicken bouillon 1/2 yellow onion chopped 1 Roma tomato chopped Minced cilantro 1/2 cup Low salt canned tomato sauce White jasmine rice Chopped lettuce 1 fried egg Sauce: 1 tbsp avocado mayo 1 tbsp plain Greek yogurt Cajun seasoning 1/2 lemon juice Notes: in a medium pan on medium heat add ground beef. Break it apart using wooden spoon. Once brown add seasonings plus chopped veggies. After a minute or two add tomato sauce. Combine well and cover to allow it to simmer for 5-10 min on low heat. For the sauce combine all ingredients into a bowl and mix well. I made white Jasmine rice and added 1/2 cup to my plate.
