The theme of the wedding is rustic chic with a strong emphasis on Country. The groom has requested a "southern" type theme for the food (i.e. southern fried chicken) - can be sit-down or buffet with a proceeding cocktail hour. I would also like to incorporate some aspects of a western culture from Alberta, Canada as well as a hint of Dutch culture. (could be traditional Dutch desserts). This event is not exclusive to the wedding party.
