FOTW is not a reliable source. Again, I cannot emphasize enough: this is not a real flag, it has never been recognized or flown in any sanctioned capacity, and it should never be presented with any legitimacy whatsoever. A flag enthusiast was in correspondence with the person who made it up and with the FOTW website, but that doesn't mean it has educational value or should be used on Wiki projects.
