Hi I am a corporate tax manager. I have so many tax deadlines to monitor, hence I think it would be more efficient to monitor track deadlines and to do list thru calendar where i can color tag per item or check or uncheck it. Please help
I completed a call yesterday at 5:00pm AEST and it's not 6:45am AEST and the audio transcription is still transcribing. Normally the transcription is available within 1 hour of the meeting. I need to share this with my client. Does anyone know how to request this audio transcription?

I have a Basic Plan with Zoom. I use a Microsoft laptop. Our investment club meets in person in a physical room, with 1-3 other members joining via Zoom. To enhance audio and microphone for those on Zoom, we have purchased a 3 microphone/speaker product which connects into the one port in my laptop. However, only one microphone/speaker works at one time. In Settings, I am able to switch between microphones/speakers, but only one works at a given time. What do I need to do in Settings so that all 3 work at the same time?

I am using the web client on a desktop. The closed caption option does not work. There is nothing in the live transcription area either. Closed caption is "on". Nothing appears
At the start of each new day, I can see the events scheduled for the day on the Calendar work week view, but in the Today view/side panel it displays "No events scheduled". If I exit the Zoom application and restart it, then the Today view/side panel correctly displays the events listed for the day in the work week calendar view. Then at the start of the next day, there are no events displayed in that Today view/side panel even if the calendar shows events scheduled for that day, until I exit the application and restart it.

When I am going to get my Meeting recording, I'm seeing the speaker displayed in a way that their video covers the top right of the screen.
At one point, my recording had them off to the side and the screen share was fully visible. How can I go back to that?
In my settings, I have all of the views set up to record. Once the speaker starts presenting, I spotlight them.

Curious to know how institutions conduct their degree assessment exams and similar evaluations online? With Zoom’s “All Screens Mode” in meetings, this is possible! Zoom Meetings can be utilized effectively for proctoring online exams. “All Screens Mode” allows the host to request that all participants share their screens, providing the host with a scrollable, side-by-side view of the participants and their shared desktops. This feature is specifically designed to offer a more streamlined and straightforward proctoring experience, enabling the host to monitor both participant videos and their desktop activities simultaneously. When activated during a meeting, the host can also choose to allow participants to view all shared desktops. As participants begin sharing their screens, their videos and shared desktops will appear side-by-side, while non-sharing participants’ video tiles will be displayed at the top of the window. The layout ensures that hosts can keep track of multiple participants with ease. If the host opts not to allow participants to view shared screens, participants will only see video tiles in either gallery or speaker view. As more participants share their screens, additional pages will be created, enabling the host to navigate left and right to view all participants. With this innovative feature, Zoom provides institutions with a robust solution for securely and efficiently conducting online exams, ensuring academic integrity and a seamless experience for all involved.
