In this course, students are prepared to position themselves as designers and artists while documenting and presenting the process and progress of their ongoing thesis work. They discuss the development of their creative work in small groups and present their thesis topics and works in progress to both faculty and guest lecturers. In this constructive and discursive setting, students are able to question their thesis work and take distance from it. They share and critically comment on their respective experiments and deepen the reflection on their iterative work with the help of faculty and external visiting fashion industry professionals. *Open to Parsons Paris 2nd year MFA FD-Arts students only.
