First check that you have a dish that fits in your airfryer, I love my new large one so I can fit anything in it. Brush your dish with oil so it doesn’t stick, they pop in the tortilla making sure all the edges are curved up to hold the filling. I change up my fillings all the time but the standard egg mix is 3 eggs and a dash of milk or cream and season with salt and pepper. Add your fillings into the tortilla first, for this recipe I used sliced ham, spinach and feta. Pour over the egg mixture, then I like to add a little grated mozzarella or cheddar on top and some

This is so delicious & is based on a recipe from @pinchofnom 😊👌 The recipe makes a lovely creamy sauce using low fat philadelphia & stock👌😉🙌Absolutely delicious served with mash/ rice or crispy airfryer potatoes like I have here. Details below 👇 Ingredients: Potatoes: Dice 800g of baby salad potatoes, add 2 tbsp of oil, a tsp of garlic granules, mixed herbs & paprika, mix & airfry at 200C for 20-25 mins, tossing frequently until nice & crispy. Broccoli: Dice 1 head of broccoli into florets, add a tbsp of oil & a shake of seasoning (I used some fajita seasoning), mix & airfry at 200C for 6 mins. BORED OF LUNCH on Instagram: "Airfryer Pizza Toastie 🍕🍞🤤 If you’ve not had a Pizza Toastie then you’re probably missing out, so easy to make. I usually make pizza bagels but this is a nice change and quick to throw together Ingredients - 2 slices of bread - Cheddar or mozzarella - Pepperoni - Few tbsp Pizza sauce or passata - 1 tbsp tomato purée - 1/2 tsp Garlic optional - 1 tsp Italian dry herbs 🌿 Method. 1. Mix the pizza sauce, garlic and herbs spread over the bread 2. Top with cheese and pepperoni 3. To stop the pepperoni blowing off use cocktail sticks to keep them in place 4. So quick, so easy and absolutely delicious! I used a round roast from @supervalu_irl, 1kg in size, delicious Irish beef!! So firstly take the beef out of the fridge for at least 30 minutes before cooking. Preheat your Airfryer to 210c, it the hottest it will go as you want to sear that beef first! Brush the beef with some olive oil and make a herb rub out of salt, pepper, garlic powder, rosemary and thyme, and rub that on too! Then pop into your Airfryer (I used a liner) for 15 minutes at 210c on the standard air fry setting. Take it out, flip it
