This vest can be worn all year with any pant, jeans, or even a pair of shorts in spring. Measurements: Length-(Top to Bottom)-27 1/2" Armpit to Armpit-24" Washing Instructions: Wash on gentle inside out every few times. Hang or lay flat to dry. Washing the first few times may result in some fraying which you can simply snip off fraying if you like.
