No invoice reminder notification after payment

Change effective on 21 January 2025

Pay-as-you-go customers who pay their monthly invoice balance before the end of the month will no longer receive a payment reminder notification for that month. For example, if you pay your January invoice in full before January 31st, you won’t receive a payment notification at the beginning of February for January’s invoice. This change eliminates unnecessary payment reminders for customers who pay their invoice before the due date.
