Start by rolling out a can of pizza dough. Place on Parchment paper and separate your mozzarella cheese sticks by about a 1/2 inch. Add Pepperoni (or your favorite toppings) and use egg wash if you’d like on the edges and between the cheese sticks so the dough sticks together with ease and doesn’t pull apart while they cook. Fold your dough over the cheese sticks and press down firmly along the edges and between the cheese to make cutting the bread once they’re cooked, into individual breadsticks EASY! Now, I'm going to take some sliced olives and sprinkle those around as well. Just a few. Now, you're going to add some ground beef on top of our olives and cheese. Now, we're going to add some taco seasoning right on top of our ground beef. Now, we're going to add a little bit of chopped onion and now I'm going to take some tortilla chips and I'm going to use the grooves of my bundt pan. You see how there's the triangles there? We are just lining that up so that it perfectly fills those triangles. That looks delicious and now we're going to go with some black beans. These have been rinsed and drained. I'm using the low sodium variety and of course for nachos, you gotta have some nachos cheese, right? And this is just one of those twist tops. You just pop and. Pop. I've got my little ice cream scooper and it's going to come in handy for this. We're just going to add a dollop of nachos cheese all around and don't worry because this is going to go in the oven and that's going to melt that cheese nicely. Now, we're going to add some jalapeno. Now, I don't want it to be super spicy. So, I'm going to show you a little trick. If you roll it, that will release some of those seeds. Tap it and you're going to see that the seeds will start to come out. Just like that. See? So now. That way it's not super spicy. But I'm going to slice that up. Oh my gosh. And get a few jalapeno rings. That one tried to get away. Alright. Alright. And then it's going to be time to pop this in the oven and then we're going to have a taste test don't go anywhere because you are going to see us devour this and find out if it's as delicious as it looks this is going to be a fun idea if you're having a party maybe a game day football Super Bowl party we've got everything you need right here and then this will go into the oven we're going to bake this for just long enough so that that cheese melt and then we're going to flip this over and it'll be the moment of truth and you can see if it looks as beautiful as I think it's going to So, we've got our oven preheated to 350 degrees. It's only going to be about 15 minutes or so and all that cheese is going to be nice and melty but while that's cooking, I've got the middle of the day. What is the center of gravity? This one is a crowd favorite, even the kids love it! 1 can crescent rolls 4 oz cream cheese, softened 3/4 tsp Italian seasoning 1 cup shredded mozzarella 12 (1 oz) frozen meatballs (I used mini ones here!) 1 1/4 cup pasta sauce Roll out and press seams of crescent dough, cut into 12 squares (I did 24!) and press into the bottom of muffin tin. Combine cream cheese, Italian seasoning and 1/2 the mozzarella and spread mixture on top of the crescent dough. I've got some chive and onion cream cheese. I'm actually going to add this whole container plus half of another one. I've got some shredded Parmesan. Pour some in. Probably about a cup or so. I've got some garlic powder. I'm just going to sprinkle in some. I love that flavor. Just a little bit of salt and some pepper. I'm just going to stir with my spatula just for a second. My hand mixer and I'm just going to mix this until this is really done. This is just two pounds of pizza dough that I'm going to roll out and I'm just going to make a well right in the center of our pizza dough. You can use whatever you have. Scoop that filling right down inside of that well just like that. Super easy. The next thing I have is some string cheese. Gonna take that, tear it up, and lay it right on top of our artichoke. Just keep going all the way down it. You definitely can use shredded mozzarella if you want. We're going to take our sides and just close this up and pinch it together all the way. We're going to make this look like a pretzel. So I'm going to take the end. Bring it around and tuck it under. Just like that. And I'm going to take my other end and bring it under. Just like that. And then bring it over and you can kind of fiddle with it to make your perfect pretzel shape. I just placed it on a cooking sheet that I sprayed with some cooking spray. Make sure I have it in that nice shape and we're going to place this in the oven 350 degrees for about 30 minutes and then we've got some things to brush on. A giant spinach artichoke pretzel has cooked for about 30 minutes. I have half a cup of some very hot water. And to that, I'm going to add a tablespoon of some baking soda right in there with it. My brush and make sure that I brush all over with this. Let's get it coated. Super easy. One last thing before we place and that is some flaky salt. I want it to be like a pretzel. So, we're just going to sprinkle that flaky salt all over and I'm just going to put this back in the oven for about 10 minutes. Our giant spinny charger choke pretzel is done. Got really golden. I love how it looks. Do not have trouble. I just want to go right in. See that filling? Oh that looks so good. It is hot yet. Let me use my spatula. I think it's hot. Look at that. It looks so good. Oh well. I hope you give this one a try. Yum.
