RAW TAMALES 1 cup nut milk pulp 1/2 cup psyllium 5 tomatoes 1/2 cup chopped bell peppers 1/2 cup chopped cilantro 1/2 dried chile negro 1/2 cup marinated mushrooms 4 green onions chopped blend tomatoes with chile negro in a blender and salt to taste. Mix tomato/chile mixture with nut pulp and psyllium by hand in a large bowl. Add cilantro, mushrooms, green onions and bell peppers to the mixture and then shape into tamales on top of the corn husk wrappers and wrap husks
