Ingredients 🥭1/4 cup caster sugar 🥭2 tbsp oil 🥭1/4 cup mango puree 🥭2 tbsp milk 🥭1 tsp vanilla 🥭1/2 cup maida 🥭1/2 tsp baking powder 🥭1/8 tsp baking soda 🥭Pistachios, chopped Instructions: 1. Pre -heat the oven to 180 degree C and line 4’’ round springform pan with parchment paper. 2. Whisk together castor sugar and oil in a bowl until pale and well combined. Add the mango puree to this mixture. 3. Add vanilla extract and milk in the bowl and whisk again. 4. In the same bowl sift in the flour, baking powder and baking soda and then fold it in gently without over mixing 5. Transfer the batter to the prepared cake pan and cover the batter with chopped pistachios. 6. Bake at 180C for 20-25 minutes or only until a skewer inserted in the center comes out clean. 7. C

Ingredients: ✨1/2 banana ✨1 tbsp olive oil ✨2 tbsp brown sugar ✨1 tbsp milk ✨3 tbsp oats ✨3 tbsp whole wheat flour (atta) ✨1/8 tsp baking soda ✨Chocolate chips (optional) Method: 1. In a bowl, take 1/2 ripe banana and mash it using a fork. 2. Add brown sugar, olive oil, and milk 3. Next, add the dry ingredients: atta, rolled oats, and baking soda. 4. Mix everything until well combined. If the dough looks too runny add in more whole wheat flour. 5. Refrigerate the dough for about 30 minutes and then spread it out onto a baking tray lined with silicon mat/ parchment paper. Pre heat your oven to 180C 6. Top with chocolate chips and bake the cookie for 12-15 minutes at 180c or until the edges turn golden brown.

Rasmalai Falooda Shots recipe by Thecrazyindianfoodie : All you need for 4-5 shot glasses is : For rasmalai milk : - 750ml full cream milk. - 1/2 cup condensed milk OR 1/2 cup powdered sugar (adjust as per taste). - 3 tbsp finely chopped pistachios and almonds. - 1/2 tsp elaichi powder. - 7-8 rasgullas (I’ve used ready tin ones, squeeze out the chashni). - 10-12 strands of saffron soaked in 2-3 tbsp warm milk. Method : Heat milk on low flame, stirring intermittently in a thick bottomed pan. Once it reduces slightly after 5-6 mins, add condensed milk and mix. Add dry fruits, elaichi, kesar strands soaked in warm milk and food colour (optional). Lower flame, add rasgullas, cook for 2-3 mins, turn off flame. Rakshabandhan special Dessert Rakshabandhan Special : Jodhpur ki Mawa Kachori For kachori • Take 1 cup maida (all purpose flour) & add 3 teaspoons of ghee. Rub it together & add little water at a time & knead to make a soft dough. Cover with damp cloth. • For sugar syrup- • In 2 cups sugar, add 1 cup water & heat. Add saffron & cardamom powder. Boil till the syrup becomes sticky. • For Kachori stuffing- • Add 1 teaspoon ghee in a pan & add 1 cup Mawa. Cook it on low flame. Add 2 cloves + star anise powder, nutmeg powder to it & stir. • Let it cool. Add 1 tablespoon powdered sugar & 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder. • Flatten the dough like a poori (thin) & add 1 teaspoon of stuffing. Bring the corners together & press it a bit.
