"Funhouse" is a song written by Pink, Tony Kanal and Jimmy Harry and it has been confirmed as the fourth (fifth in Australia and New Zealand) worldwide single from her fifth studio album, Funhouse. The track was produced by Tony Kanal and Jimmy Harry. Pink explained that this song is, "about when the box you're in doesn't fit anymore, burn that fucker down and start a new one." [4]

Release

The song will be released as the albums fourth single in the United States in July or August 2009.

The music video premiered on June 20, 2009 in the United Kingdom on 4music at 11:00am.[5] Tony Kanal of No Doubt, also the co-writer and the producer of the song, appears in the music video, playing a piano.

Chart performance

The song made its chart debut on the Turkey Top 20 Chart at number twenty-five. Funhouse made its debut on the UK Singles Chart on July 5, 2009 at number 155.[6] It climbed 30 spots to 125 a week later.

Also in the UK, the song has been added to the B List of the Radio 1 Playlist.[7]
