Dean Dunham (b. 1976) is a solicitor and barrister.
His father, Paul Dunham [1], was sentenced to four years imprisonment for fraud in 2015. [2]

Dunham Novelli
Outside of the legal profession, in 2009 he collaborated with the restauranteur Jean-Christophe Novelli to launch a restaurant in Northampton.[3]
Dunham Limited, trading as Dunham Novelli, was incorporated in 2004 and went into voluntary liquidation in 2010 owing more than £344,000 to creditors including Dean Dunham, who was owed £197,148 [4] and HMRC, which was owed more than £46,000 for unpaid PAYE contributions by Dunham Limited. [5]
Dunham Solicitors
He was a Limited Liability Partnership Designated Member of Dunham Solicitors which was incorporated in 2005. The company was put into voluntary liquidation in 2011. The company went under, owing £728,396 to various creditors [6], £400,000 of which was owed to Dean Dunham and the other partners. [7] Dean Dunham started Debello Law in April 2010. [8]
The Retail Ombudsman
In January 2015 Dean Dunham established The Retail Ombudsman, which launched in January 2015, an ombudsman scheme set up to adjudicate disputes between retailers and consumers. In July 2017 The Retail Ombudsman lost its ombudsman status, after resigning from the Ombudsman Association.
Media
Dean Dunham is also a regular commentator in the media, on legal and consumer law matters. He had a consumer law column in the Sunday Mirror for two years and now has a column in the Sunday People. [9]. He also has a regular consumer law phone in show with LBC radio every Sunday night and commentates for numerous radio and television shows.
