In Belgium, a Koninklijk Besluit (Dutch), Arrêté Royal (French), or Königlicher Erlass (German) is a federal governmental decree in the view of practically implementing the application as a law. It is issued by a member of the government, with the formal signature of the king. Its implementation usually begins on the date of publishing in the Belgian Official Journal.
