LeConte may well have been the "most important American entomologist of the 19th century", but it is not wikipedia's job to decide that. The link cited for that: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/John_Lawrence_LeConte#cite_note-birdname-1 goes to a page that doesn't exist. I have edited "most important American entomologist of the 19th century" to something less judgmental. LeConte may well have been the "most important American entomologist of the 19th century", but it is not wikipedia's job to decide that.
