Description
English: Righthanded, 3-sided beta helix fold in pectate lyase C (6 turns from the center of the enzyme subunit). Ribbon diagram, viewed end-on down the beta-helix axis. Blue arrows show chain direction in the beta-strands of the three parallel beta sheets; the chain spirals up toward the viewer in a counter-clockwise direction.
