[edit]This is your only warning; if you purposefully and blatantly harass fellow Wikipedian(s) again, as you did at User talk:Beyond My Ken, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. Bradv🍁 18:30, 31 December 2018 (UTC)
- If this is a shared IP address, and you did not make the edits, consider creating an account for yourself or logging in with an existing account so you can avoid further irrelevant notices.

[edit]Hello, I'm Synoman Barris. I wanted to let you know that one or more of your recent contributions to Fowler's syndrome have been undone because they did not appear constructive. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. If you have any questions, you can ask for assistance at the Teahouse. Thanks. Megan☺️ Talk to the monster 08:57, 6 October 2020 (UTC)

[edit]Hi 82.132.213.165! I noticed that you have reverted to restore your preferred version of Code reuse several times. The impulse to undo an edit you disagree with is understandable, but I wanted to make sure you're aware that the edit warring policy disallows repeated reversions even if they are justifiable.
All editors are expected to discuss content disputes on article talk pages to try to reach consensus. If you are unable to agree at Talk:Code reuse, please use one of the dispute resolution options to seek input from others. Using this approach instead of reverting can help you avoid getting drawn into an edit war. Thank you. Pyrite Pro (talk) 14:58, 29 January 2022 (UTC)
- "Code reuse may be achieved by different ways dependending on a complexity of a programming language chosen and range from a lower-level approaches like code copy-pasting"... you really felt it was worth your while to add that text back, after I removed it? 82.132.213.165 (talk) 15:06, 29 January 2022 (UTC)

Request reason:
I'm very annoyed to find that I've been blocked with a message accusing me of long term abuse. This comes soon after I was also accused of "a history of harassment and reverted edits". Both of these accusations seemingly result from a failure to understand dynamic IP assignment. I have not harassed anyone; I have not abused anyone. I should not be blocked. 82.132.213.165 (talk) 18:43, 29 January 2022 (UTC)
Decline reason:
In that case, you should register an account. WP:ACC will create one if the block prevents you from doing so. Yamla (talk) 19:12, 29 January 2022 (UTC)
If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Request reason:
I do not think you understand. I have been blocked as a result of completely false accusations, apparently due to two users imagining that edits made from this IP address two years ago were made by me. That is ridiculous. I should not have been blocked. So please undo this. 82.132.213.165 (talk) 19:28, 29 January 2022 (UTC)
Decline reason:
We understand perfectly. IP addresses can be used by multiple people. However, we do not know who is sitting at the computer/holding the device at any given moment, only that inappropriate edits came from here. If you were not responsible for those edits, please request an account as instructed, so you are less likely to be affected by blocks due to the actions of others. 331dot (talk) 19:38, 29 January 2022 (UTC)

Request reason:
No, you really have not understood. I have been blocked because of edits made from this IP address two years ago. I, the person editing right now, am the target of the block, but I should not be. I have been blocked because an editor imagined that I am the same person who made the edits two years ago. I am responsible for the edits made from this IP address today, and they were good and necessary edits that someone took it upon themselves to undo, because of the edits made two years ago from this IP. I should not have been blocked today for the edits I made today. I should not have been blocked today for edits that someone else made two years ago. I should not have been blocked today for any reason. So kindly unblock me. 82.132.213.165 (talk) 19:57, 29 January 2022 (UTC)

OK, I think that's enough arguing with a banned editor for now. NinjaRobotPirate (talk) 20:44, 29 January 2022 (UTC)

Meanwhile, go look at Code reuse and check out the garbage in the lead section that a vandal has managed to get back in there, as a result of me being blocked. And why was the editor who made false accusations against me allowed to make four reverts in twenty minutes without any consequence? 82.132.213.165 (talk) 20:22, 29 January 2022 (UTC)
This is the discussion page for an IP user, identified by the user's IP address. Many IP addresses change periodically, and are often shared by several users. If you are an IP user, you may create an account or log in to avoid future confusion with other IP users. Registering also hides your IP address. |
