Cookies de frambuesa y chocolate
150 g. mantequilla 120 g. azúcar moreno 50 g. azúcar blanco Un chorrito de vainilla 1 huevo y 1 yema Pizca de sal 250 g. harina 100 g. chocolate blanco 125 g. frambuesas Mezcla la mantequilla pomada con los azúcares. Integra bien y añade la vainilla, los huevos y la sal. Cuando tengas una mezcla homogénea, añade la harina y el chocolate blanco troceado. Por último, incorpora las frambuesas intentando no remover demasiado para que no se hagan puré. Haz bolitas y colócalas en una bandeja de horno, hornea con calor arriba y abajo a 180° durante unos 14 minutos.
