Rick Bayless on Instagram: "Hosting during the holidays is hard, especially when you have a lot of guests to please. When I host, I always make sure to lead things off with a cocktail, but I never have the hands or time to make every incidental serving. That’s why when I host I lean on this honest to goodness batched margarita. With this recipe, the easy route tastes pretty phenomenal, unlike some other batches cocktails I’ve tried. Give this one a shot and don’t be afraid to mess around with the ratios some yourself! Trust your palate, chill those glasses, and you’ll have a perfect start to your party every time. NOTE: this recipe calls for the whole bottle of tequila"
