Baked Italian Pizza Sandwiches
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. On a baking sheet, lay out 6 slices Brownberry Premium Italian bread. Spoon 2 tbsp marinara sauce on each slice. Sprinkle each slice with 2 tbsp shredded mozzarella cheese and then top with pepperoni slices. Sprinkle with ½ tbsp parmesan cheese and top with 6 slices of bread. Spoon 1 tbsp marinara sauce on each top slice and 1 tbsp mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle each with dried parsley. Bake in oven for 12 minutes until cheese is bubbly. Serve for any occasion and enjoy
