This gorgeous solitaire sapphire engagement ring features a 5.49 carat round cut sapphire set into a six-prong head. The ring measures 11.4mm at the top, rises 10.4mm above the finger, tapering to 1.6mm wide and 1.4mm thick at the base of the shank.
