    PRÉSTAMO DE EQUIPO

    Declaro bajo protesta de decir verdad, que antes de utilizar el equipo en préstamo, se me explicó su funcionamiento y los posibles riesgos de su uso por
    lo cual libero de toda responsabilidad a (INTERACCCIONES MONTECARLO ,S.A DE C.V. ), a sus representantes, empleados, de cualquier daño que
    pudiese sufrir asumiendo por mi cuenta la totalidad de los riesgos y responsabilidades. Así mismo, tengo conocimiento que al utilizar el equipo, este no
    cuenta con seguro de ninguna naturaleza y que tampoco es posible contratarlo en esta ciudad.
    (INTERACCIONES MONTECARLO ,S.A DE C.V. ), no podrán ser culpados por ningún accidente que me pudiera acontecer, ya sea con el equipo, o sin él,
    dentro o fuera de sus instalaciones. Por lo antes expresado, en su caso no me reservo acción ni derecho alguno que ejercitar en los términos antes
    referidos. Me comprometo a seguir las instrucciones para un mejor aprovechamiento del equipo así como de su cuidado, de lo contrario la empresa
    podrá en todo tiempo retirárselo si así lo considera oportuno. Al recibir el/los equipo(s) en préstamo, me obligo a devolverlos en el mismo estado; en
    caso de golpes, rotura o pérdida total ME OBLIGO A PAGAR EL VALOR QUE RESULTE EN CASO DE DAÑO AL EQUIPO, CONSECUENTEMENTE ACEPTO QUE
    EL IMPORTE POR LOS DAÑOS SEA CARGADO A MI CUENTA DEL HOTEL.

    I declare that before using the sport equipment mentioned below, I was instructed on its operation and the possible risks associated with its use.
    Therefore, I exempt (OINTERACCIONES MONTECARLO S.A DE C.V. ), it’s representatives, employees, etc. of all liability. If were to suffer any injury, I will
    assume in all entirety all risk and responsibilities. Likewise, I have knowledge that upon using the equipment, It is not covered by any type of insurance
    and that it is not possible to acquire such insurance in this city. (OPERADORA RIO INGLES , S.A DE C.V.), or their representatives will not be blamed for
    any type of accident, that could take place either with the equipment or without it, inside or outside of their premises. I will follow instructions for the
    best care and use of the equipment; otherwise, the hotel can recall the equipment at any time. I receive the mentioned equipment in good condition
    and I agree to return it in the same condition. In case of damage, breakage or total loss, I AGREE TO PAY FOR ANY AND ALL DAMAGES THEREFORE, I DO
    AUTHORIZE TO BE CHARGED AUTOMATICALLY TO MY HOTEL BILL ANY DAMAGE CAUSED TO THE EQUIPMENT.
