INGREDIENTS (for a 20cm mould) 285g of flour "00" 100g of sugar 80g of butter 1 egg 1/2 sachet of dry yeast (8g) 300g advanced chocolate bars from stocking to taste METHOD 1. Work the butter (cold), flour, sugar and yeast with your hands, crumbling the butter between your fingers. 2. Add the egg, and obtain a crumbling mixture. 3.
