I'm going to grab a stick of butter and we are going to drizzle that right on top of this chicken. Oh my, this is going to be the easiest, most delicious chicken you've ever had. We're adding a little Mississippi twist to it. So, you guys just gotta hang in there and wait and to see what we create with this delicious five-pound chicken. Alright. Now, I'm coming in with my chicken flavored gravy mix and we're not making gravy. We're just going to put this as our seasoning on top of our chicken. Oh my goodness. These flavours are literally so delicious on chicken. You cannot beat them. And what we add to it is just going to compliment them even more. Alright. Yummy. So for even more seasoning because I know you guys are going to come at me. We need more seasoning. We are going to do one package of our ranch Hidden Valley seasoning. That one didn't rip us pretty. My husband. Alright and then we're going to put this whole package with there as well. Whoo. Look how delicious all these flavors look yummy. Alright, I like to put all my seasoning in my crockpot so nothing gets transferred outward but we are going to rub our seasoning in and flip over our chicken so we can get seasoning all over this baby. We want this chicken to be fully seasoned and delicious. Oh, yeah. Okay. That looks like it's going to do. Just kind of give it a little shimmy in there. Look, it can rotate in there. All that seasoning on the bottom with that butter on the bottom is perfectly seasoned. Alright and we are bringing our peppercinis and this is what's going to give us that Mississippi flavor. We are going to add a few of these right on top of our beautiful chicken. Oh my goodness. Don't worry. I only touch the chicken with gloves on so I am not contaminating any of my peppercinis. Oh my goodness. Okay. Says only add five but I feel like that's crazy. So out a few on the side too to make sure these juices get flowing throughout the whole crockpot. If it were me, I'd pour the juice around. I know, maybe just a little. Oh. I don't want the seasoning to come off. I'm finally listening. Delicious. Alright, there's one last thing and this is just going to add some beauty to our chicken. We have some parsley that is chopped up and we're just going to do a nice little that's all we need. Exactly just like that. Good. Right? I cannot wait to eat this chicken. It's going to be incredible. Alright, we have our lid on and we're going to pop this on high and let our chicken get nice and juicy. Alright, this has been on high for about four and a half hours. We're going to go ahead and turn this off and let's check it out. Oh, It looks so juicy. Looks amazing. Alright, I'm going to bring in my serving cutting board and then I have some tongs to try to mingle this chicken out Oh my goodness. It's falling apart. Oh my goodness. That's how you know it's cut. Falling off the bone. Oh that chicken leg is mine. Oh yeah. Alright. We got a plate. Sorry babe. I'm going to take some of this. Oh that's my leg. Leg but look it's just falling right off. Oh my goodness. Make sure you you don't eat any of the bones. Okay. Let's go ahead and just give this a try. Obviously you would make this a whole meal. Then two cups of rotisserie chicken. So that makes it easy. I'll say. We like easy. And yeah I think everybody will see how easy this recipe's going to be. One cup of minute rice uncooked. Uncooked. Yes sir. Are you sure? I'm so sure. Alright. Half a can of cream of chicken soup. Now why half? Well we are doing half a recipe. So if you want a full one you're going to double it and you're going to be using nine by 13. So what size are we using? We're going to use a square baking dish. Okay. Then this is half a cup of sour cream. You can see where we're going with this. Well, I can't see I can't see it. We're going to goodness. Half a can of Rotel undrained. And this is three quarters of a cup of chicken broth. Yeah I know. Interesting right? Then half a cup of shredded Mexican blend or fiesta blend cheese. Mm. And we are almost done last but not least. And what is that? Fajita packet seasoning. Okay. Um we're going to do a half of it. Well and that's really hard to say. Is that spicy or? We're going to find out. Yeah. It's just going to give you fajita flavor. Okay. And I'm guessing on the halfness. Yeah. Not even a word but you know what I mean. And now, that's it. We are mixing this all. Oh my gosh. That was so easy. It was so easy. Now that it's mixed, it's into the casserole it goes and this was lightly sprayed with cooking spray. Okay. Get all this in here. And we're just going to spread it around. You can see the colors of the peppers in there. Yeah. Can you see that on there? Yeah and I mean it's already it smells super good. I don't know. I don't know if it's the seasoning or the rotel or right. What it is. Probably both. Yeah. And we're going to cover this with foil. To the oven we go. Alright. So how long does this one bake? Well this is going to be 35 to 45 minutes on 350. Okay. Okay, it's been 45 minutes. Check this little guy. I like when I can use one hand. Yeah, really. Okay. Alright, what do we got? Mm. There it is. Yeah that looks good. Next and lastly some more cheese. Okay. Just to top it off or what? Yep. The recipe said a half a cup but you know me I'm not measuring this. We're just going to sprinkle it on top. So then while you cover it again and I we are not going to cover it. But it is going back in the oven. Just till the cheese melts. Okay. That shouldn't take too long huh? No. Okie dokie. That did not take very long did it. What do you think? I think it looks cheesy. That's what you say about me sometimes. That is true. Alright. Okay, we're going to let this little guy cool a little bit because it's our dinner so we are definitely tasting it. Alright, it is that time. Alright. I don't know how this will come out. I'm going to try to get like a a piece out. I don't know if it'll stay together or not. We're about to find out. Yes, we are. Let's try this and see. Oh, that's good. Yeah, that looks pretty good, huh? Perfect. Got some layers of colors and stuff in there. Mmm. This smells good. Yes. Okay, what are you doing now? I am going to add a little sour cream. Little dollop. Or maybe a medium-sized dollop. Yeah. And they add a little salsa. Yum. I think this is medium. Yep. I'm getting brave. You are. That's good. Okay. Alright. Let's give it a try. It smells good. Let's see. I hope we like it. We like fajitas. We like all the things in it. Mhm. Oh really? Oh yeah. We got a mhm. Yeah this is definitely the best recipe we've made this week. Wow. Okay. Yes. Yeah. It's really good. Um to be honest with you it's a little spicy for me. Um I don't know if it's the salsa. Well you are a little spicy anyway. Yeah.
