Hello! Last week my new boss asked me to make his wife a birthday card. When I asked him what her favorite colours were, he said green. Well, I don't know if monochromatic green is what he had in mind, but I decided to make three cards and let him choose. This Green Butterfly Birthday Card is the first one I made. I am getting the hang of combining challenges....not sure if that's good or bad... In the past I would just put all my "creative energy" into one challenge and then just link up with others, if the card just happened to fit...but now I do that on purpose. The Pocket Silhouettes stamps were used on Whisper White, then cut out using the 1 1/4" side of the square punch. The Old Olive mats were cut with the 1 1/2" side of the punch. I raised the sentiment to make it stand out.

I had this gorgeous Waffle Flower Crafts Orchid Layering Die set out yesterday. Jaycee Gaspar [from Altenew] recently reminded me of my love of grey...
