In the thicker cookies, I used 2 eggs (the box said they were large). They were more fluffy and thicker cookies. The flatter cookies, I used 3 eggs, so there you go. Sometimes if you just use two eggs and the dough seems a little too thick you can add a little milk or a teaspoon of sour cream or plain yogurt.
