PHASE IV - The Proposed Rule and Management Plan for Restoration Blueprint
In the fall of 2022, Florida Keys National Marine Sanctuary introduced a revised draft management plan and proposed rule. Together they make up Restoration Blueprint. The management plan is an outline of ways in which the sanctuary can achieve its mission through non-regulatory endeavors. The proposed rule is the recommendation of updated regulations.
