this easy dinner is so good | pork chop, dinner | this easy dinner is so good a very simple way to make yummy pork chops! | By Kristin's Country Kitchen | Alright y'all so today we're starting with some thin sliced boneless pork chops. So I'm just going to take these and lay them out in my greased bacon dish. Um and this is larger than a nine by 13. One size up. I always forget what the size is. But y'all can do this in whatever size pan you have or you like. I just use this one to fit the package that I bought. It's very easy. Uh I I don't think I ever made a recipe for y'all with pork chops. But I like these thin sliced ones. They're real they cook real fast and they're delicious. And they're cheap. Alright, so we're going to season this pork with a little bit of salt and pepper. Very easy. I'm going to move this one. There we go. I'm going to use a little bit of pepper as well. Little salt, little pepper. This is a quick, easy dinner y'all. I love making it. It's so delicious. Alright, there we go. So now, we're going to do y'all very easy. We're going to take a little bit of sour cream. Alright, we're going to put a little dollop of sour cream on top of each seasoned pork chop, alright? If y'all want to use other seasonings as well, you can. Little bit of garlic would be good. Um yeah, whatever y'all like but I just like keep it simple with this one usually because it tastes so good by itself. Alright, so we're going to do a little more sour cream right there. Little bit here. So yeah y'all. I don't really measure this. I just kind of like I said put a little dollop on each one. Alright? And then we just going to spread it out. And don't have to be perfect. Alright. Don't have to be perfect. It's going to taste delicious and that's what's important. Alright so just spread that out. Like so. Nice and easy y'all. Alright? These are sliding around. Look at these little pork chops. Alright. Perfect. Just like that. So next y'all I'm going to take some sliced green onion just a little bit right on top right on top of our pork chops because I love green onion y'all I think it taste so good alright y'all and then now what we have here is a package of these French fried onions y'all can use whatever brand you'd like so now we just going to take these you know y'all I think I'm actually going to use this whole bag we're going to put this right on top of our seasoned thin pork chops have a little bit of sour cream and some green onions y'all alright use my whole bag. Uh this bag is a six-ounce bag. Alright, y'all. So, we just going to cover this with a piece of foil. We're going to put it in the oven at 350 for about 35 minutes and I'm going to show y'all this easy side dish I like to make to serve with these. Alright, y'all. So, for our easy side dish, I have one bag of of it is twenty ounce. One little bag of these these hash browns, not the frozen kind, the fresh kind, alright? This is very easy, simple, easy, easy side dish. Um I'm going to take a little bit of extra sharp cheddar Alright. Just like so. And then I'm going to give this a mix. And y'all guess what? Yep. I'm using my hands. Alright so y'all can make whatever kind of side dish you like with your pork chops. Yeah whatever you like. This is just what I'm making today. Alright. So we're just going to give this a little mix. Little mixy mixy just like so. Get some of that cheese mixed in. Alright. That's great. And now we going to do y'all. We going to use a little seasoning. I have this garlic lover seasoning that I like to use for potatoes. So I'm going to put a good amount in here. Alright? I'm going to put a good amount. And then I'm going to take some spoons here and I'm just going to mix this up. Again alright. The seasoning. A little bit of cheese. Not too much cheese. Okay? But y'all can also just do this without the cheese. I think it's good as well. Alright and then you know what else we need here? We need we're going to put after this is mixed up. That's pretty good. Just a nice rough mix is fine, alright? We're going to put a little bit of green onion right on top because I love green onion and then y'all we also need to do here some butter. So, we're just putting some butter squares right on top of our hash browns. Um I'm using a whole stick, alright? For this package of hash browns, I'm using a whole stick of butter. So, y'all can make mashed potatoes if you want but this is what I'm doing today. So, we're just going to put this in the oven. Cook this at 350 for about 20 minutes y'all and we're going to have a beautiful, easy dinner. Alright, y'all. So, here we have our our thin sliced pork chops, boneless skin lid, Look at that y'all. That looks so good. We cooked this remember with our sour cream and some green onion and this crispy onions on top. Alright y'all so here we go. I'm going to make myself a little plate here. So I'm going to put two of these on here. Alright. Look at this. It smells so good. Alright y'all. So I have my plate here with this. I'm going to move this to the side. It's still a little hot. And then also y'all remember we made I made this simple hash brown dish. Alright so just something easy I wanted to throw together. So I'm just going to take a nice little scoop of this as well. Oh I love when it gets crusty on the edges like that. So I'm going to put this here on my plate. Alright y'all so I'm going to turn the camera around and we going to taste this.
