This coconut chia pudding is amazing for meal prep and you can store it up to 5 days in the refrigerator. Ingredients for 3 servings: 1 1/4 cup (250g) coconut milk 1 cup (250g) greek yogurt 1/2 cup (75g) chia seeds 1 tbsp vanilla 1 tbsp maple syrup 10oz (300g) frozen strawberries Mix greek yogurt, maple syrup, vanilla, chia seeds, and coconut milk together.
