These miniature tartlets boast a crisp almond-infused crust that perfectly complements the luscious cream cheese filling 🥰🤍

- 20 g almond flour
- 40 g cold butter, diced
- 30 g powdered sugar
- 1 small egg yolk

For the Filling:
- 200 g cream cheese (unsalted)
- 30 g sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
- 100 g fresh blueberries
