Ingredients:

•1/2 banana
•1/2 cup oats 40g
•1tsp chia seeds 
•1/4 cup salted caramel or vanilla protein powder
•1 tbs maple syrup, honey or agave syrup 
•1/2 cup of almond milk or water
•Dash of Cinnamon 

Topping:

•15g white choc or caramilk choc (non dairy and sugar free)

•60g of vanilla protein yoghurt
