This is my first full attempt at constructing, tracing, tiling and painting an Islamic geometric pattern. This is the @samira.mian September patreon pattern - a Fourfold Jaali. I did a first construction with a 9.5cm radius, then another one with a 6.5cm radius and finally decided that was still too large so settled on a 5cm radius. 😅 Tiled it 2 by 3 on 9x12 inches watercolour paper.
