The Chaos Insurgency (or CI) is a major rival organization to the SCP Foundation and was implied to be the main catalyst and overarching antagonist of the SCP Containment Breach. The Insurgency of Chaos was formed by former SCP Foundation agents who defected from the organization and tried to destroy it.
