This is two thirds of a cup of mayonnaise and it keeps your batter nice and smooth so you will have the fudgiest, richest brownies ever. And whisk it in. Now for my eggs, three in total and I add them one at a time and I whisk after each time I add one. It is a good idea to use room temperature eggs. That way you don't seize your chocolate. And my third egg. And now for a teaspoon of vanilla extract, one cup of all-purpose flour, and half a cup of cocoa powder. Half a teaspoon of salt. And lastly, I have a cup of chocolate chips. And this batch makes a nine by 13 pan. I've lined my pan and it goes. These take just 30 minutes in a 350 oven. And this is why I love this recipe. You get that beautiful sort of shiny crust to it and you've got a gorgeous fudgy brownie underneath. One bowl, one fantastic brownie recipe.
