Puerco en salsa roja
1 1/2 kg de carne de puerco en cubos 6chiles guajillos 6 chiles anchos 2 tomates 1/2 cebolla 5 dientes de ajo Comino, laurel, orégano , sal y pimienta al gusto. 1/2 kg de nopales cocidos 1 cucharada de manteca de puerco Pon a cocer la carne en poca agua por una media hora aproximadamente, cuando se evapore agregas la manteca y doras. Agregas la salsa y los nopales. Ajustas la sal Salsa Doras los ajos, tomate, cebolla y chiles. Agregas un poco de agua para hidratar. Licúas con las especias y un poco del agua dé cocción.

Easy Mexican carnitas recipe
Carnitas 🇲🇽🐖⤵️ ➡️➡️ there are many ways to make carnitas, this is my version. ✅ I have an electric stove so I cooked everything on high until the broth turned to oil and then lowered it to med/low until desired color. I like them a bit crispy but if you want a more tender carnitas cook them less at the oil stage.
