500g na harina Meron kanang makinis at masarap na donut, pangmeryenda at lalong pweding pangnegosyo 1/2 Kilo recipe Ng donut For donut dough ✅ 500g... | By Inday Jonna Tinapay | Hello Palanga's let's share this again because there are people who are asking me why my donut is not deformed and smooth it's easy palanga's that's why this is our recipe now so here in our Do Palanga's it's simple these ingredients we will make half a kilo in our five hundred grams of all purpose flour we can also use bread flour and one half tables of yes and then we put sugar. One half debuts po na vanilla. One teaspoon of unit salt and one egg. One third cup margarine at one cup evaporated milk. Let's not put water here. And we can use water here too huh? And here I put half a teaspoon of breed improver. This is just optional, Palanga. Don't put it if you don't have a breed improver. Because most of you don't have breed improver but it's really better that we have breed improver that will be strong our due. Aside from the good texture or grain of our dog. There are those who are asking where can we buy our breed improver in Shopee my loves and in Lazada it is available. This. You can massage this manually or put it in your spiral mixer. My Do is quite strong palanggana. Because at the end it's my machine that is marinated. I passed this on my duruler machine. Because when I'm really passing I duss with flour because it's sticky because it has eggs and it can't be passed here because it's really soft. It's necessary to be moderate my loves. What we really need is to put flour here so that the dose of our ruler won't stick to our ball. So this is mine not so soft at all. And we really need to massage it manually is just to make sure that we massaged it well so that the lift of our load is good so that even if we cook it the volume of its lift will remain and it will not decrease. is that what we call here in Bisaya that it doesn't cook coconut and it's not hard when it's cooked. And this is also a technique my loves, when we are here, we are already balanced. Let's put flour on our iron. And what I made my loves the deepest part of our duo I put it with flour or I dipped it in flour. And when I finished everything to figure out I will just flatten it a little bit and foil it for about thirty minutes before I put a hole in the middle so our dog will be soft. There after thirty minutes our do is soft I will open it my loves here in the middle. And after this, let's just lift it up for two to three hours until the volume increases now. our profing here depends on our room temperature and also depends on the yes that we used. Because we will not have the same time as our lift because it depends on our yes that was used. We have different brands. If you memorize the rescue that you put your yes you know how many hours it is to raise it my yes of course I memorize your profing as long as it's in a hot place two and a half to three hours I'll be profing Our dog can now be cooked. And this is how we cook my loves so that you can be cooked inside the fire of our stove is just weak when our oil is hot. And the fire isn't so weak either huh? It's just a dish and let's just turn it upside down that's what I used here in frying. This our donut can let us here coat chocolate. Let's put different toppings. It can also be just sugar. If your low is really soft, this is the only thing you do like me, I put flour on our iron. There, our donut is really beautiful. That's not really good, it's when we lift it when we cook it. this is it my dear friends our video today see you again this is your Kainday bread thank you so much Anne bye bye

6.2M views · 263K reactions | @mumsfoodies for more easy recipes 🌺 I used my eggless easy milk bread recipe for these donuts, if you’ve been here a while you probably have the video but if you don’t let me know and I’ll send it to you. It’s also in my reels from a few months back (Please note I can’t DM a link you if you don’t follow me) 7g instant yeast 310ml lukewarm milk 85g melted butter 30g sugar 480g bread flour Sugar for dusting 1 litre of oil for frying (I used vegetable) Add the dough ingredients in the order listed above and mix well till combined, take out onto a floured surface and knead for 5-10 min (longer is fluffier) Add to a clean bowl, cover and rest for 1 hour to rise. Once dough has risen decompress with a punch or press. Roll out to a rectangle about 40-45 cm wide and about 1cm thick. TIP: using a pastry cutter or clean ruler keep pushing the sides into straight lines to keep a rectangle shape while rolling, you can also trim the edges once rolled out to create sharp lines (keep some of the dough to test the oil) Using a pizza cutter or knife slice into 10 as shown in reel, I actually measured my dough with a tape measure, divided by 10 and marked where I was going to cut to get them even. Mine were about 4.5cm wide. Press down one end of the strip of dough with your fingers (this will help the edge to stay in place) then roll each one up as shown in the reel and press the edge down gently. Place on a square of greaseproof paper and cover with a tea towel and rest for 30 min While it’s resting heat up your oil in a deep frying pan, my thermometer is broken so I tested it by putting a wooded spoon in and it should bubble around it straight away when ready then I test with a tiny bit of dough, if the dough rises to the top the oil is ready. Add 3-4 donuts to the oil depending on the size of your pan, remove the paper with some tongs and flip once it has some colour. Give it a wiggle in a bowl of sugar and enjoy.
