Joanne Pham on Instagram: "RECIPE ⬇️ Canh Khoai Môn Thì Là ~ Vietnamese Taro & Dill Soup INGREDIENTS: 2 lbs - Taro 1 cup - Fresh Dill 2 lbs - Pork Rib Tips 1 Tsp - Sea Salt 1/2 Tsp - MSG (Optional) 1 Tbsp - Rock Sugar 2 Tsp - Chicken Bouillon or Soup Seasoning 2 Tbsp - Fish Sauce 10 cups water for soup PREP: TARO - Peel and cut into large pieces Rinse well to remove the excess starch FRESH DILL - Rinse and roughly chop PORK RIBS TIPS - Cut and rinse well. Parboil on high heat for a full 5 minutes to remove the impurities, rinse and set aside INSTRUCTIONS: Bring a pot of water to a boil Add in the parboiled pork rib tips Once it simmer, cover with lid, reduce heat to low Let it simmer for 30 minutes After 30 minutes, remove the lid, add in the Taro and seasonings Let it simmer on mediu

ian’s pantry on Instagram: "Kimchi stir fry at its finest recipe: Ingredients: 150g pork belly, sliced thin 1 small onion, sliced 1 tsp gochugaru (Korean chili flakes) 1 cup kimchi, cut with scissors ½ tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste) ½ cup hot water ½ block tofu, cut into cubes 1 stalk green onion, chopped Instructions: Heat a pan over medium heat. Add the pork belly and cook until the fat renders out and it starts to brown. Add the onions and gochugaru, stir-frying until fragrant. Push everything to the side and create a small well in the pan. Add the kimchi and let it sizzle for a minute. In a small bowl, mix gochujang with hot water, then pour it into the pan. Stir everything together. Add the tofu cubes and let simmer for 3–4 minutes. Sprinkle with green onions and serve hot. #kor
