2.3M views · 47K reactions | You gotta try this! | You gotta try this!! | By Corey B | What we got? Okay this is a easy 10 minute meal and if there's one thing you should know about me is that I'm always quick. Let's make it. We're making spicy peanut noodles. In under 10 minutes. First thing you gotta do is heat up your preferred oil. Or as they call it in Louisiana Earl. Who is Earl? Make sure if you use olive oil it don't go over 375 degrees because that is the smoke point. You don't want that. About half a cup of oil. Eat it up Buttercup. And use the plate. I'm using a jar. You'll see why. Into the jar goes three big tablespoons of peanut butter. Okay? See? That a big that's what I mean. Big big tablespoon. Two. God I love peanut butter so much. Three. Now get you two tablespoons of that dang Gold Jung. Okay? It's that dang Korean pepper paste. Now get you one tablespoon of ginger. You should use fresh ginger. Yeah I know but it is a Tuesday at two and I got stuff to do. I am not cutting up no fresh ginger. Use whatever ginger you want. This is your life. Two cloves of garlic. I got lucky and somehow I got dang conjoined twins garlic. That's crazy. Look at that. Two in one. Looks a little bit like a butt crack. Put it in there. I see using fresh garlic and not fresh ginger. You know sometimes I don't make sense. Ah. One entire green onion. What happened? Oh that's so much easier than cutting it up. Look at how easy. Get you a pair of scissors and just cut it. There's no rules to tools. You can use whatever tools you want. You know what they say? The more onions the more better. They do say that. They do be safe. Don't put away your scissors just yet. Cut up some basil too. A little bit of basil in there. It's about good. About three leaves of basil. I don't know if that's the right terminology but I don't care. Red pepper flakes. Adam. How much to your heart's desire to your little heart desire. Add about that much. Now add some hot sesame seeds. That's that's about good. About probably like a tablespoon of sesame seeds. A drip drop of rice vinegar. Okay? A little drip drop. That's good. That's great. Now you want to take your hot oil and pour it in. Be careful please. You hear that? You see that? You see how it's sizzled? That's what you want. It just cooked all them little ingredients that fast. Mix it all together. Mix. Oh look at that. Oh **** Okay now take your noodles of choice. I'm using rice noodles and just put just put them in there. Now this is why I used a glass jar. Shake it. Shake it. Oh. Look at that. Look oh my god. Look at that. Look at it. 8 minutes thirty5 seconds. That one took me eight minutes and 35 seconds. One, two, So good. The best. If you're going to make something at all this week, make sure you make this. This is so

Pearl M on Instagram: "This gochujang pasta is my go to meal for the rest of the year. Recipe (based off my eyeballing it) Gochujang pasta sauce x1 serving 1 tbsp butter 1 garlic clove (2 if you’re a garlic girlie) 1.5 tbsp gochujang 1 tsp chili flakes 2 tbsp of milk/cream/milk alternative 1 tsp of sugar 1/2 cup of pasta water (add half and add more if needed) *this makes approximately enough sauce for 1-1.5 cups of pasta (dry) Add butter and minced garlic to pan. Sauté for 1 minute. Add gochujang, chili flakes, sugar and half of the pasta water. Mix. If you find the sauce is too thick add more pasta water. If the consistency is “watery” keep cooking it down. Add milk and leave on simmer until pasta is ready. Add pasta. #pasta #gochujang #homecooking #cooking #recipes #easyrecipes"
