"I believe this hat is from the late 1950's to the early 60's. Made in a vibrant rich magenta pink wool felt. High crown and small brim. Architectural folds on the side brim and crown. Trimmed on the side front with a bright multicolor parrot feather. Magenta grosgrain ribbon trim around the lower crown. Interior crown is also trimmed with magenta grosgrain. Label: Valerie Modes Condition: Excellent. Looks barely worn if at all. Size/Measurements: crown height- 4.75\" brim diameter- 8.75\"
