This is a charming antique Edwardian petticoat in excellent condition. It is white cotton and measures 28" in length. The waist is 22" and there is a 10" placket in the back with a snap and a pearl button at the waist. It is tightly shirred in the back and is and is nice and full. It has a lovely embroidered ruffle with a scalloped edge and there is a 1" pleat that I believe was to lengthen when needed.
