Hummingbird Bread with Heavenly Cinnamon Cream Cheese Frosting 🍞✨

Ingredients: For the Bread: 2 cups flour 1 cup sugar 1 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp baking soda 2 eggs 1/2 cup vegetable oil 1 cup mashed ripe bananas 1/2 cup crushed pineapple (drained) 1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional) For the Frosting: 8 oz cream cheese (softened) 1/4 cup butter (softened) 1/2 tsp cinnamon 2 cups powdered sugar Directions: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan. Mix flour, sugar, cinnamon, and baking soda. Add eggs, oil, bananas, and pineapple. Stir in pecans. Pour into the pan and bake for 50-55 mins. Cool completely. Beat frosting ingredients until smooth.
