The Satanic leaf-tailed gecko, a fascinating reptile that could almost be mistaken for a wilted leaf! This species of gecko (Uroplatus phantasticus) is indigenous to the island of Madagascar and found nowhere else. It is an arboreal species that lives well camouflaged in the rainforests of the country. The adult gecko can measure up to 90 mm in total length, including the tail.
