We aim to create a proof of concept node RPC interface. The following needs to be completed before the PoC can be considered feature complete.

  • Draft .proto definitions for LocalStateQuery and LocalTxSubmission.
  • cardano-node executable flag that enables the RPC interface
  • Functioning cardano-node RPC interface that can can be queried and successfully submit transactions
  • Error reporting to the node logs (avoid interleaving of logs)
  • Top level idea of how to expose a node metrics end point
