A micro MFC.

Not fully tested just yet.

Intended use cases:

Mini-app for
- Baer-Nunziato-like models
- Interface capturing schemes
- Finite-volume WENO reconstruction
- HLLC Riemann solvers
- Large-scale OpenACC offloading of (multi-component) compressible fluid dynamics
Testbed for features going into MFC
