Issue Description
The link to the ISE compatibility doc in the chapter https://github.com/PowerShell/vscode-powershell/blob/master/docs/troubleshooting.md#vscode-is-not-working-like-the-ise is pointing to the Github 404 page.
Apparently there is no https://github.com/PowerShell/vscode-powershell/blob/master/docs/ise_compatibility.md file.
Expected Behaviour
The link should point to the correct page.
Actual Behaviour
The link leads to the Github 404 page.
