I believe it's important to let the user know which python version to have installed and how to set up an environment for the project to use, so the user doesn't pollute their system python packages with this one. I personally had to search in the codebase what python version is using (is it python:3.12?)

I haven't pressure-tested it, but for the requirements, I think the strictest is that google-genai needs Python > 3.9.
