The documentation or README is missing the libraries needed to generate Sequence diagrams.
The diagrams are coming as text from Gemini 1.5 pro model not as image showing in samples.

By default, Mermaid generates diagrams in text format, and you need to render them. One simple way to render them is to upload the result to GitHub, and the GitHub markdown will automatically render Mermaid blocks.
