[design] display modules from registry.coder.com in the Coder dashboard #10640
Description
Context
We want to display all modules from registry.coder.com/modules in the Coder dashboard so the Template admins can discover and use them within their templates.

Design
@BrunoQuaresma will create some design ideas on how to display it.

This will be an experiment initially!
Important
For air-gapped installations, when we can not reach CODER_REGISTRY_URL, gracefully guide the user to docs and hide registry.
